I have decided that The Boy watched Pipeline at least one too many times this year.
He has started walking around singing the theme song to SpongeBob.
SpongeBob is NOT allowed in my house in any way shape or form.
I detest the show. I think it is one of the worst shows ever to have been produced. If I had it my way SpongeBob would never be aired again and all SpongeBob paraphernalia would be burned.
The theme song is kind of catchy and sticks in my head for forever after I hear it. I hate it!
In our home this show is known as "The Ucky Show." This is where my son first learned what "not allowed" means.
Today G1 had a couple spatulas and was trying to play it while singing it.

That show and the one with the big purple singing dinosaur; neither of those are allowed in my house

It is a catchy tune. That is like the Simpsons, although I hate the show I seem to know many phrases from it. My favorite is "Can we have a pool Dad?" I still don't like watching it and feel guilty if I do when someone else is watching it.
