Wish us luck! Tonight will be night number one of transitioning
G4 out of our bed, and then eventually bedroom. I know this will be a very hard thing for her and I both.
Thursday night
G4 nursed at about 8:30 and went to sleep. She woke up to nurse at 10:30, 1:30, 3:00, 5:00 and then again at 7:30 and then was up for the day. I love breastfeeding. I think it is one of the most wonderful things, but man was that ridiculous. That is the way it is pretty much every night. No wonder I'm not fully refreshed when I wake up in the mornings.
This will also be night number one of
G2 and
G3 sharing a full-size bed. (Thank you
Ginny and
Rick!)
G3 is excited.
G2 told me she's not going to share a bed with her sister. We will see how it goes.
G3's mattress went to the crib for
G4. When
G2 saw that she wanted her bed to go to
G4 also. It was cute.
You are probably wondering where the title of this post ties in. It doesn't. It was just something funny
G1 said at dinner tonight (dessert actually--which was ice cream). He was stirring his ice cream real fast and making it a liquid. I have only ever given him ice cream to feed himself maybe 1 or 2 other times and I don't think he has ever done that, so it cracked me up when he said it.
