Gretchyn

G3 has really been giving me (well actually G4) a hard time lately.

She has been hitting and pushing G4. Yesterday G3 bit G4.

I wanted to do a nice post about G3 so as not to be so frustrated with her.

G3 is my little buddy. She loves to help me out. We go for walks around the house; she will just walk up to me, grab my hand and take me for a walk.

Despite her aggressive behavior toward G4 I can always count on her to keep G4 entertained when I need that to happen.

She is willing to try any food and for the most part loves all foods.

G3 loves to cuddle, not only with me and Matt but with her siblings too.

Lately when she does something wrong (like biting G4 yesterday) G3 will come and tell on herself.

She is a joke-ster. Since trying to teach them Knock, knock jokes she has been constantly telling them. G3 loves to play games and is a pretty good sport when things don't go her way.

I can normally reason with her. No matter the situation, if I talk to her about it she will be pretty okay with whatever happens--most of the time.

G3 is just a fun girl. She is a pleasure to have around. I love her so much and I feel very blessed that I was chosen to be her mother.

A little bit ago (right after I started this post) G3 pulled a headboard, that is sitting in our foyer waiting to be put in a correct location, down on herself. It really scared me (and her and G2 and G4). She seems to be okay now. She is holding an ice pack on her owies (well actually on her tongue right now). She has a bruise across her face and her eye brow is a little swollen. Other than that everything seems fine. I will be keeping an eye on her just to be sure.

We got really lucky that it wasn't any worse than it is. I think I will go love on her for a bit.

  2. She looks so big! What an adorable girl. You have some really cute kiddos there, Ronda. I find myself having to really focus on the sweet, positive attributes of my kiddos sometimes, too! Wouldn't trade 'em for ANYTHING, but whew! This age can sure be frustrating sometimes!
