First hair cuts

I was going to do this in 2 different posts but decided not to take the time.
Although G2 and G3 don't have a whole lot of hair they needed hair cuts. Their hair was growing in so uneven in the back. Plus I know it will help their hair grow to have it trimmed regularly. So, today was the day (it was going to be yesterday but we ran out of time).

G2

G2 did really well. She seemed really excited. She cooperated for the most part. Although she did turn her head a few times as I was cutting and that made for an uneven spot in the back, but you can't notice it unless you are really looking for it.

G3

G3 had to be restrained pretty much the entire time. I think she was just wanting to see what I was doing. Her hair wasn't as uneven so it didn't take as long.

Their hair looks better now and isn't as nappy as before. Hopefully their hair will grow back out enough for me to make it really cute for their birthday.

Also, yesterday was our anniversary. So, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MATT! I LOVE YOU!

I have more to post at another time. Marcia did pictures for us yesterday.

  1. What cute little big girls they are! They really did do well for the hair cuts considering they have never done that before. I think it makes their heads look like there is more hair (more full).

  2. I think of them as babies even though they are big sisters and now those babies are getting their hair cut. I hope it will grow in faster because they love their pretty hair dos.

  3. I love G2's grin! Hmmm, maybe I should even up N's hair some, we've only ever trimmed her bangs.
