Having a hard time...

The Gs are really acting up this week. I'm having a really hard time with them. G1 spent a lot of time in his room on Tuesday and a lot of time today on the couch because he won't behave. He keeps hitting/kicking/biting/spanking/etc. his sisters and me. G2 and G3 are whiny as can be. I reach my last nerve a while ago. We have less than 4 weeks until I am due and I just don't know if I can handle 4 kids--I can't even handle the 3 I have currently.

Then I find out this morning that I have to go back to the specialist again on the 19th. So, I've been stressing out all day about that. I won't get into it right now (and hopefully I won't have to explain later). Let's just say my dream of a VBAC may not come true. :-(

I just can't do this anymore. Everything is becoming way too much for me to handle.

But on the positive side the house is mostly cleaned up (with the exception of the kitchen which I'm not sure will ever be clean) and the house is pretty much ready for G4. I just need some furniture moved (hopefully will be done tomorrow). I have my hospital bag packed and did have the car-seat base installed (had to take it out but will be put back in tomorrow).

Sorry to whine to everyone that reads this but I just had to vent for a minute.

  1. I'm sorry you're having a hard time! You are such an amazing mother to your little gang, especially being sooo pregnant. Seriously. And I know you will do just as awesomely when you have 4 as you do with 3. Not to say it won't be difficult sometimes, of course, so vent away! It will get better.

  2. You are doing great! Even though it can be overwhelming at times, everyone is happy and healthy and you are growing that baby just like you are supposed to. I am sure that it will be challenging at first but you will settle into a groove with having 4G's and everything will seem normal again. Keep your chin up!

  4. Hang in there honey! I am sure you will feel much better when you are not pregnant any more and your hormones start to get back to "prepregnancy". Wishing you the best delivery yet--a VBAC and a "well" baby!
