Random

Trying to get a picture of the 4 Gs one morning. Didn't go so well.
Isn't this just the sweetest?!
One afternoon the Gs and I went to Macomb to visit Aunt Marcia (and we got to see Uncle Jacob for a bit). Like always, we didn't get nearly enough time in with them.
This is G4 on the way to Macomb.
This is G4 on the way home from Macomb (notice G2 and G1 in the background).

Big girl bed

A couple weeks ago we (actually I did) took down G4's crib and got out the toddler bed. She wasn't sure what to think at first and then got excited about being in a big girl bed. She says it so cute too. I wish she would let me record her talking on video...
G3 likes to sleep on the floor, so that is actually where G4 ends up a lot too. But being in a big girl bed is working out pretty well, at night time--nap time is not going so well...

Here is G4 saying "bye-bye" to her baby bed.
After the toddler bed got put in the kids' room and she made the bed.
First night sleeping in the big girl bed.
When she saw these pictures earlier today she got super excited and said "big girl bed" over and over. For her to get excited today is pretty amazing. The 4 Gs aren't feeling the best. :-(

TBP

*To Be Posted*

I have about 500,000,000,000 pictures and videos to post, give or take a few. I will get them posted within a couple days. G1 has his first t-ball game tomorrow, so I will try to post stuff tonight and then pictures/videos from the game tomorrow. We shall see.

If I don't get stuff posted within a couple days you all have my permission to nag me until I do.

More tumbling

G2 and G3 were just as excited for tumbling class tonight as they were last week. However, G2 was the timid one tonight, and G3 was ready for anything. G1 and G4 got to sit in and watch, they seemed to really enjoy it. G1 is excited to go watch them again next week. I just love how excited my children get for one another.
Here are some videos of most of the things G2 and G3 did in class today.

Stuff

First Barber Haircut
G1 went to Poppy's barber with Poppy and Daddy one morning (March 26th to be exact).
He really enjoyed it. His hair had been getting pretty long, but he kept telling me he didn't want his hair cut so we didn't cut it. Then he decided he was ready for it to get cut, and Daddy was really needing a hair cut also. So, the guys went and got their hair cut.
Also, that morning it was Parent-Teacher Conference at the preschool for G1. Matt and I went and learned G1 is doing well. He doesn't talk much when being tested, which may be a problem when he starts Kindergarten. I hope he outgrows that. Which reminds me, we pre-registered G1 for Kindergarten yesterday. We will go to an Open House May 10th.
Now onto the pictures:

First Official Hair Cut:
Yesterday Matt and I took G4 to Poppy's barber and got her hair cut. Back in November G1 cut a chuck of G4's hair. It hasn't looked very good since then, but I have been dealing with it. She refuses to leave ponytails in and then it looks even worse. It got to the point where her hair needed evened up, and that is why we took her to get her hair cut.
She did a great job. She sat on my lap the whole time. Only a couple inches were cut off, just enough to even up her hair.

Teeball:
G1 has had 2 practices so far. He is loving tee ball. First game is in a couple weeks.
I just thought this was a sweet picture of G1 and G2:
Tumbling:
G2 and G3 started tumbling last Thursday. They loved it. G3 had a bit of stage fright to start with, but she got past that (mostly) and really enjoyed class. We signed them up for the first class 6:45-7:15. They got moved up to the second class 7:20-7:50.

We are alive

and mostly well. I was sick a couple weeks ago, and Matt didn't feel the best the past couple days. The Gs have mostly been healthy, they've had some colds but nothing major.

I know I haven't been blogging really at all in a long time. I have nothing to say really, but I will try.

The older 3 Gs are loving preschool. G4 doesn't really love them being there.
G4 is starting to potty train (when we stay home) and is starting to talk a little bit more and more all the time; just not the word "Yes."

We joined the Y last week. Today was day 2 for Matt and I to go. G4 went into the babysitting room yesterday by herself, and today all 4 Gs went in. They have fun in there. It's nice being able to something to help myself, it is especially nice having my husband by my side while doing so.

I've misplaced the camera, again. After it was found last time it was put on the computer desk. We sold the desktop computer a little over a week ago and moved the desk upstairs, camera was not there. I think I am going crazy, I hate not being able to find it. Matt says I keep losing it just so I can get a new one. I promise that isn't the reason, we plan on getting a new one anyway (just don't know when).

I got a Kitchen Aid stand mixer a couple weeks ago. I've only used it twice so far, but I love it! (Even though it isn't the correct color.)

I'm thinking about taking some classes, if I can talk Matt into it. But we will see. I'm not sure I would be able to find the time.

I ordered a couple shirts from HalfTees and got them yesterday. They are pretty cool. I got 2 cap sleeves to start with and I will be ordering 2 long sleeves sometime.

I also ordered this dress from eShakti. I am impatiently waiting for it to get here. I want to know if I like it because there are 3+ other dresses that I really like on there. *Note: I did not pay that full price. After you register they send you a gift certificate code to use. So I waited until I got that code to order. From what I have read they will send me more deals every so often, so I will order as I get those deals, to save money.

I'm not sure what else I can ramble about....

What do you want to know?

Life is crazy busy all the time, but it never seems like anything new is going on.

In just over 3 months G4 will be 2-years old!! Crazy!!! G1 will be 5 in July and then start Kindergarten, even more crazy!

We are thinking about putting G2 and G3 into tumbling in April. I'm not sure when G1 starts tee-ball for sure, but we are also thinking about Martial Arts for him, and possibly soccer. Just as long as everything isn't all at once.
